你們有實體店嗎？
很遺憾，我們目前沒有實體店。我們的產品僅在線上銷售。
What age range of children’s books do you offer?
We offer picture books and board books for children ages 0 to 8.
How can I find books suitable for my child’s reading level?
You can use our navigation menu bar to select books based on age, theme or book type. We also provide detailed descriptions and age recommendations for each book.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your parcel if the book is in its original condition. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
Please note that only remaindered books are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Taiwan. For local shipping rates, please visit our Shipping and Return Policy page for more details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping carrier’s site.
Can I pre-order books?
Yes, pre-orders are available once a month. Look out for our pre-order announcement via Instagram and our marketing email if you’re subscribed to us.
What should I do if I'm looking for a book that's not available in your store?
If you're looking for a specific book that's not currently available in our store, please contact us via email or on Instagram DMs with the details of the book. We can check its availability and, if possible, special order it for you or suggest similar titles that may interest you.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at this time. We exclusively sell our products online.
