配送事項 Delivery Information：
現貨商品將於訂單成立後3個工作日內出貨，由郵局掛號及超商取貨提供配送服務。
出貨後，您的包裹將在3至5個工作日送達。
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
After shipment, your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
運費 Shipping Fees：
7-11，全家超商取貨運費為65元
郵寄運費為80元
7-11 and FamilyMart convenience store pickup - NT$ 65
Chunghwa postage fee - NT$ 80
退貨和退款 Exchange & Refunds：
若收到有瑕疵的商品，請於購買後7天內，將清晰的瑕疵品照片及訂單編號電郵至我們的客服信箱。
確認後，我們會立即協助您處理此問題。
If you have received a defective product, please email us a clear photograph of the defective item along with your order number within 7 days of purchase. Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
退款通常僅限於特殊情況，例如有缺陷的商品或缺貨商品。
- 您可在收到商品後的7天內提出退款申請。
- 物品必須未使用過，保持原包裝，並處於可再銷售狀態。
客製化商品除非有缺陷，否則不符合退款資格。

若因包裝不足導致退貨運送途中商品受損，可能無法獲得完整退款。

Refunds are typically limited to exceptional circumstances, such as defective merchandise or items that are out of stock.
- You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customised or personalised items are not eligible for refund unless defective.
Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once accessed. - We'll process your refund to the same payment method you used for purchase.
Once we've processed your return, refunds typically take 14 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that shipping fees may be charged for sending replacement items. - Sale items may be eligible for exchange only, not refund.
Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
